Taxes. Where required by law, RitePainting.com shall charge the customer the applicable state sales tax.

Photographs. RitePainting.com makes every effort to provide photographs with accurate and true color of product finishes. Due to the known variables that exist with digital-image processing, computer monitors, and personal settings, the finish may slightly vary from its photograph.

Limitation of Liability. If RitePainting.com is responsible for any claims or problems arising from this agreement or the services you have ordered; including claims for negligence, breach of warranty, or damage; our liability shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price paid by you for the services that give rise to the claim or problem. IN ANY EVENT, LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
